I want to pass on that our cleaner was great on Thursday% We had to change our scheduled day as we still had visitors so thanks for changing our timing to suit us. The guy that did our clean, different to our usual cleaners did a really good job. We’d like to change to Thursdays permanently and have the same guy clean for us. Although I think he wasn’t aware that we had a studio also that needed cleaning but hopefully he’ll know for next time.

Parveen & Yogi did a great clean. The part of the service I am unhappy about is I got an email to advise the cleaner/s would arrive at 9am. At 10.30am I called to say no cleaner had arrived. I got a text from Parveen to say they they would not be able to arrve at 2.30pm as schaeduled & Saturday would work better for them. There is obviously a schedluing problem at your end. I have advised Parveen that I am agreeable to cleaning being scheduled for Friday fortnights at 2.30pm for 2 cleaners. Please confirm this will work for your schedule for Friday 26/9/25 & fortnightly thereafter.

My only comment is that the cleaners initially missed the laundry, even though I had given instructions in the booking email as to where it was located and started to clean a room that I had indicated did not need cleaning – however, I arrived just at that moment to inspect the clean and was able to stop them from cleaning that room and point out where the laundry was, which they were then able to clean and when I returned later was satisfied with the work they had done. Thank you for the service!
