The guys were prompt and efficient and they had a BIG job in front of them. The carpet had had pets that had stained and urinated on it, leaving it stinky. We weren’t as worried about the stains but the odour had to go. The guys did their best, and I can not fault their work and ethic. Whilst the smell isn’t gone it’s certainly better than what it was but the carpet is lovely and clean. Considering the carpet at the start we are very happy with the result.
