Parveen & Yogi did a great clean. The part of the service I am unhappy about is I got an email to advise the cleaner/s would arrive at 9am. At 10.30am I called to say no cleaner had arrived. I got a text from Parveen to say they they would not be able to arrve at 2.30pm as schaeduled & Saturday would work better for them. There is obviously a schedluing problem at your end. I have advised Parveen that I am agreeable to cleaning being scheduled for Friday fortnights at 2.30pm for 2 cleaners. Please confirm this will work for your schedule for Friday 26/9/25 & fortnightly thereafter.
