We were really pleased a couple of very noticeable stains were completely removed. Thanks very much. The delay in arrival time of our cleaning team was disappointing & appeared to have been caused by the 2 staff members being unable to figure out how to find our Villa. I drove around in order to find the Premium van. Once achieved they followed me back to Villa 137. Language difficulties seemed to have been at the bottom of the lateness and inability to read signs showing where the villa’s are to be found (numbering system) on signs did not assist in this case. Otherwise the couple did a very good job. Thank you very much.
